John Minsheu produced a Spanish-English dictionary in the late 16thC, revised and re-published in the early 17th. King's College, London has a searchable facsimile online as part of their Early Modern Spain site.

Since it's come up in conversation a few times recently, I thought I'd add it to the website.

Another productive evening: even the heys made sense tonight!

St John's was full of music this year, both casual teaching and jamming, and rehearsed performances. Some of the pieces are listed below. Feel free to add more, if you can.

Christine brought wax and carving tools and people had a go carving waxes to be cast into rings later. Katherine Xavier visited from Cluain, bringing not only stones to mount in rings but many duck eggs for people.
