We looked at the thrust and 3-cuts passages once again, this time combining foot-work, blows, and changing places. All are improving fast, but will take a few more weeks before they're internalised.
We spent a while working on keeping our square square through the changes of place: it's all top easy to end up in a rotating diamond, instead of a static square.
We warmed up with Amoroso, then finished off with Anello.
