Advice for beginners:

The hardest bit about this is the change from 4/4 to 3/4 and back again (from Aleman rhythm to Galliard rhythm).

If you are playing with people who can lead you confidently through this change - go for it! If you're practising alone or with other beginners, listen to recordings to get the tempo-change stuck in your mind.
