Dance performance in Coffee Concert on Saturday

Submitted by Katherina Weyssin on May 3, 2012 - 12:32pm

Some of Ildhafn's dancers will be performing in the "Coffee Concert" at Somervell Presbyterian this Saturday morning.

The Capriol Renaissance Dancers (being in this case Katherina Weyssin, William de Cameron, Katherine of Glastonbury, Anna de Wilde and Caterine de Vantier, ably assisted by Ludwig von Regensburg and William de Wyke) will be performing a selection of renaissance dances, some of which you'll have seen at events, and some of which are brand
new (and 400 years old).

The other performers will be organist John Carter, playing selections from Bach, and a Chamber Ensemble.
