Open hour:

  • Pavane: Belle qui tiens ma vie - without and then with galliard-style ornaments.
  • Danse de la Haye / Hay Branle - for three and then for six; the latter to music for La Caccia
  • Rostiboli Gioioso - first time for Ian and Elena

Participating: Katherina W, William de Cameron, Elena, Ian, Katherine, Vettoria

Advanced hour:

Buffens!

We looked at the thrust and 3-cuts passages once again, this time combining foot-work, blows, and changing places. We also played with some ECD figures (stars, chains, etc) while using Buffens footwork, as I intend to use these elements in the Dance of the Hectors for Cupid and Death.

After a vigorous 45 minutes, we finished off with Belfiore.

Participating: Katherina W, William de Cameron, Vettoria, Katherine
