Bookings close on November 1st (a week before the event). Payment secures your booking.


 

Booking details

Please fill out one form for every person attending the event, including each child or infant.

Your SCA name. Leave blank if you have not chosen an SCA name.
If you're booking for a minor (under 18) the stewards will contact you shortly to discuss price, participation etc.
Which overseas SCA organisation are you a member of?
If you don't know your number leave it blank.

You can join the SCA now and avoid the hassle of event-membership.

If you're associated with a particular SCA branch, or with another re-enactment group, which one?

You will recieve a confirmation of your booking by email. A phone number may also be useful.

Whole event includes accommodation Friday and Saturday night, and breakfast and lunch Saturday and Sunday. Day-tripping includes lunch that day, but no accommodation or breakfast.
Direct deposit into Ildhafn's Kiwibank account is preferred. Generally, payment in advance is required to secure your booking, but if you're coming from overseas, ask the steward about paying in cash on the day. Account name: SCANZ INC BARONY OF ILDHAFN Account number: 38-9012-0095212-00 Include your name and "CresF" in the references. (This information will also be emailed to you.)
If you are paying as part of a group, who'll be making the payment, and for how many people? E.g. "Fred, for Flintstone family".

That's the essential part of the booking done.

The rest is there to help the steward cater to individual needs and desires - filling it out is really helpful, and will probably improve your event.
