If you missed booking for food and accommodation you are still most welcome to day-trip to attend tourneys, classes, court and the ball. I'd appreciate a booking even for day-trippers, but it's not essential. To go onto the waiting list for a place at the feast, please fill in the booking form indicating what you would like to attend: the steward will contact you if there are any cancellations.
