We may be able to arrange loaner bedding (e.g. pillow + sleeping case) and feast gear for travellers - no promises, but we'll do our best.
The best option for getting to and from the event is probably to hire a car (very cost-effective if you do it in groups of 2-4 people) at the airport and go directly to the event site. You can drive in NZ on an Australian drivers' license. We recommend using the event mailing list in the weeks before the event to arrange car-pooling in hire cars.
