Performances of music etc are very welcome - please let the stewards know on the booking form if you are interested in sharing anything! Singing and dancing are highly encouraged, and impromptu outbreaks on the night will be applauded wholeheartedly.

- Old St Michael's Church in Corbans Estate Art Centre, 426 Great North Rd, Henderson, Auckland 0610, New Zealand
- Steward - Elyna Delynor (Wendy)
- Deputy Steward - Eleanor Hall (Nicola)
- Supper Cook - Maheeshti al-Barraniya (Agate)
The hall opens at 4pm, and supper will be served as a buffet from 5pm-6.30pm. Please bring your feasting kit and if you want to drink something other than water, bring it. If you need to borrow feasting kit, contact the steward.
Tables will be laid out for a variety of period and periodesque games, if you have any to add please get in touch!
Tokens as currency will be provided and gambling is promoted, nay encouraged, and there will be a small prize for the person with the most tokens at the end of the event.
There will also be various performances during the evening depending on who would like to share their talents with us - if nothing else the Ildhafn Music Group will be preparing tune or two, and if anyone feels like a spontaneous song or dance there will be ample opportunity.
The evening wraps up officially at 9pm, but we can push it to a bit later if we're still enjoying the shenanigans...!
As usual, we'll ask everyone to lend a hand packing down: many hands make light work.
If you're new:
This is a costumed event - we ask that you wear an attempt at clothes from before 1600 (most people wear medieval or renaissance clothes). If you do not have anything please contact us in advance and we can arrange something. If you want to come last minute and don't have anything to wear, we can arrange a tabard for you to wear over your normal clothes.
If you don't have feasting gear (plate, bowl, spoon, knife, cup) please LET THE STEWARD KNOW and we'll arrange something for you to borrow. There will be water on the tables, but if you want something else to drink, bring it. A jug or a cloth to cover a modern bottle can help keep things looking medieval.
If you have any questions, or would like to borrow costume, or just want to introduce yourself, please contact Elyna.
