Chores

Everyone who attends the event will do a chore or two, as is customary in the Crescent Isles.

We've tried to take into account preferences from booking forms, when people will be on site, and any other needs or commitments we're aware of.  If you're going to be unable to do one of your chores please email the stewards to let them know as soon as possible.

If you'd like to swap chores with someone, then the May Crown mailing list might be a good way to ask who might want to swap. Please let the stewards know about any swaps you make.

The schedule for other activities is here.

These lists will also be available at the sign-in desk, so you don't need to memorise details.

It's possible that there will be a few changes over the week before the event. If that happens, we'll tell you about it when you arrive. If the changes cause a problem, we'll sort it out at the event.

Thank yous!

Many people have done (or will do) many things for this event beyond those that make it onto the chores roster. Thanks in advance to all of you who will pitch in at the event, above and beyond your "share": you are the best of us.
