Booking form for St Catherine's 2013

Book here for St Catherine's Faire, 2013, the Barony of Ildhafn's annual weekend-long event.

Bookings close on November 29th (a week before the event), and adult prices rise by $10 on November 19th.

Payment secures your booking.

Please fill out one form for every person attending the event, including each child or infant.

Your real name.
Your SCA name. Leave blank if you have not chosen an SCA name.

You can attend the event without your parents. We do need to know that there's an adult on site, who's acceptable to your parents, who's willing to be responsible for you in case of emergency.

If you don't know your number leave it blank.

You can join the SCA now and avoid the hassle of event-membership.

Contact details

We need to be able to contact you. An email address is perfect (you will recieve a confirmation of your booking by email, if you give one), a phone number will do, and both would be a luxury.

How much of the event are you attending? Whole event includes all food and accommodation. Partial event will ask you to specify which days, nights and meals.
Which meals will you require?
Direct deposit into Ildhafn's Kiwibank account is preferred. Generally, payment in advance is required to secure your booking, but if you're coming from overseas, ask the steward about paying in cash on the day. Account name: SCANZ INC BARONY OF ILDHAFN Account number: 38-9012-0095212-00 Include your name and "st caths" in the references. (This information will also be emailed to you.)
If you are paying as part of a group, who'll be making the payment, and for how many people? E.g. "Fred, for 2 adults and 3 kids". This will make it easier for us to identify who has paid.

That's the essential part of the booking done.

The rest is there to help the steward cater to individual needs and desires - filling it out is really helpful, and will probably improve your event.
