Meeting opened: 7:30pm, after a pre St Catherines walkaround of Motu Moana.

Bids for the Bloth 2006 - Anyone interested, please contact David.

Monthly Bash to be removed from the calendar as it is not happening as a regular event. Tournaments are welcome to be organised and advertised if there is demand for them.

A&S (Michaela)

Joined the Cluain mailing list.

Various correspondance on the A&S officers mailing list, will forward relevent information to the group lists as appropriate.

Wendy has expressed an interest in holding an A&S thing on Wednesday nights.

Marshal (Ross)

Herald (Phil)

Nothing happened that the Herald will admit/confess to.

Is looking forward to finding out the ceremony for Duke and Duchess so that it may be used in Cluain for Coronation.

Archery (Nick)

Not much archery happening to speak of at this time.

Looking for any sources of plastic bags or hay for use for stuffing targets.

Constable (Nick)

No events have happened requiring the Constabulary.

Karen has the lost property from Mayday, will collect.

Chatelaine (Karen)

Attended the monthly bash. Bash didn't actually happen due to lack of participants.

One new person - Ian.

No further correspondance from the people looking for us to attend a demo.

Will be stepping down as Chatelaine at 12th Night.

Events

St Catherines Faire

- Bookings looking good, ~50 adults and ~8 children.

12th Night

- Wintergarden no longer an option due to various things, we are now looking for an alternative venue.

Bloth 2006

- It would be good to get this organised ASAP. Can anyone interested in cooking, stewarding, or anything elseing for the Bloth 2006 please give it consideration and let David or the Council know.

General Business

================

Much discussion about tournaments, and the possibility of holding a "Summer Series" sharing tournaments with Cluain. David to follow up.

Monthly bash to be retired at this time due to lack of regular participation.

Next council meeting is on January 23rd (at 78 Connaught St, Blockhouse Bay), starting at 7:30pm.
