Dancing at Battlecry

Submitted by Katherina Weyssin on February 19, 2012 - 11:53am

On Friday night, William de Cameron and Katherina Weyssin attended the Battlecry Masked Ball. We performed Ginevra (almost by accident - we were warming up and entertaining ourselves), Contentezza d'Amore, and the Spagnoletta for a couple from Il Ballarino; then led some general dancing, before going outside to watch a display of fire-dancing.

The evening was a lot of fun. It was nice to see some people we know from other re-enactment groups, and great fun to compare variations of dances with people who do the same stuff a little differently to us.
