Title: Class on flax processing
At Spring Camp I taught a class on flax processing – people were so keen that the 1-hour class ended up going for two hours, with a huge pile of flax being processed. Thanks to all the students’ help, we ended up with around 200g of processed flax strick, enough to make a square metre of fabric or so. It was absolutely lovely to work together with such an amazing group of people – and it really makes you see why this was a communal activity in times past!
