Crescent Fence 2010

"Crescent Fence" is a weekend-long specialist fencing workshop held every year in New Zealand. 2009 was in Christchurch, 2010 was in Auckland, over Queen's Birthday weekend. We had three days of classes on all aspects of medieval and renaissance sword-fighting, and lots of opportunities for testing what we'd learned. As well as local fencers, we had visitors from Southron Gaard (Christchurch) and Darton (Wellington). We even had Donna Silfren, an expert fencer and teacher, come from Rowany (Sydney).
