Put the monthly Ildhafn council meeting in your diary

The A&S officer is responsible for encouraging A&S activities in the Barony. This may include (but is not limited to):

* Encouraging and organizing A&S workshops, challenges and competitions

* Getting reports from group workshops and events that hold an A&S competition (for quarterly reporting purposes).

* Sending quarterly reports to Kingdom A&S Minister and the Barony Scheneshal. For Kingdom, the reports are now online: https://artsandsciences.lochac.sca.org/reporting 

* Updating the A&S page on the Ildhafn website

* Arranging A&S judges for Crown events in the Barony

* Highlighting A&S activities happening in the populace through reports, the website, and other venues as appropriate
