Ildhafn would like to invite you to our Tudor Christmas Feast (in Summer)!

Come one, come all for this Tudor Christmas-themed weekend and feast.
There will be lots of fire, merriment and food…..what more could you want?
If you have ever wanted to see knights in armour or have a go at loosing an arrow then this is your chance!
There will be songs by firelight, dancing, and plenty of medieval crafts and sciences to keep you whiling away the 12 days of Christmas.
Please don’t feel you need to have clothes or gear – if you are new we have loaner garb and feasting kits to share with you.
So join us for a relaxing weekend of fun, meeting old friend and making new ones!
Please note there are a limited number of cabin bunks. Once these are fully subscribed tenting only options will be available. A limited number of unpowered RV spaces are also available and will be charged at tenting rates.
The cost for the event is:
(A separate event membership of $2 applies to 18+ y.o. non-SCANZ members in addition to the following. Minors pricing applies to 5-15 y.o.)
Full Event (2 nights) = Bunking $125 for 16 and over members, $75 for minor
Full Event (2 nights) = Tenting/RV $105 for 16 and over members, $55 for minors
Full Event (Sat Night) = Bunking $95 for 16 and over members, $50 for minors
Full Event (Sat Night) = Tenting/RV $85 for 16 and over members, $40 for minors
Saturday (Lunch and Feast) = $55 for 16 and over members, $30 for minors
Saturday Feast Only = $45 for 16 and over members, $25 for minors
Saturday/Sunday Lunch only = $20 for 16 and over members, $10 for minors
Day Visitor (self-catered) = $10 for 16 and over members, $5 for minors
Child under 5 (accompanied by a guardian) FREE
Please fill out one form for each individual attending the event. We do ask you to pre-book as we would like to know numbers for who is attending.
Formal booking and direct deposit is preferred – even if only visiting for the day. We would appreciate minimizing cash handling so will not be accepting cash at the event.
Please do not attend if you are unwell with cold or flu symptoms. Refunds will be made in full for cancellations made prior to purchasing of food and for health reasons.
Cancellations after food purchases may incur a partial refund to offset any losses.
