Title: Silk Banner Painting
I attended Southron Gaard’s silk banner painting workshop, taught by the esteemed Mistress Elizabet Hunter. I am no artist, and have never successfully drawn anything. I didn’t believe Mistress Hunter when she said that I didn’t need to know how to draw to do silk painting, but she was (as she often is) right! This is my heraldry, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. There was a real spirit of collaboration and shared learning at this class, and it was an absolute blast.
