- Site opens 6pm the Evening of Friday 1st May for those who wish to stay to be on site first thing Saturday.
- The event opens 9am Saturday 2nd May 2026
- The event closes 3pm Sunday 3rd May 2026 with pack up immediately after closing court

Early Bird Pricing
Those who act with timely purpose shall enjoy the favour of special rates
- Best pricing ends: 20 March 2026
- First price increase ends: 10 April 2026
- Final pricing remains until: 24 April 2026
Bookings close 24 April 2026, being one week before the commencement of the event. Day tripping only bookings may be accepted after this date at the discretion of the stewards.
Note both payment and booking must be received before the end of the appropriate pricing bracket to be eligible for cheaper pricing. A booking is not confirmed till payment is received.
Bunk bed accommodation is limited and bookings will not be automatic, preference for bunk bed spaces will be provided to out of town travellers and those staying both Friday and Saturday evening. The stewards will advise individuals if a bunk bed space is confirmed or if they have been placed on a priority list.
Dietary Requirements
If you have any dietary requirements, we strongly encourage booking early.
Early bookings allow the wonderful kitchen team sufficient time to prepare and greatly increase the likelihood that your needs can be met.As the menu shall be set two weeks prior to the event, we are unable to accept new dietary requirements for bookings received after 18 April 2026.

Drinks of tea, coffee and cordial are included in all bookings. Food is available to those that have booked appropriately.
Many hands make light work, all youth and adult attendees will be asked to sign up to help with chores during the event, there will be a range of different chores that need assistance for a range of abilities and we appreciate the support.
