This is the booking form for the Summer Event and Baronial Championships for the SCA group Ildhafn.

All information collected will not be used for any other reason than to confirm numbers and to correspond about the event.
This is a BYO food and drink event. The food is to be shared with the others attending for both Lunch and Dinner, and we will provide labels for people to let everyone know what is in the dishes they are eating from. Accommodation is by camping, please bring your own tent or camper van. (limited tent hire available)
There will be some hot and cold food to supplement what is brought by the populous.
Any dish or idea is welcome, so let yourself indulge if you so wish. From Cheese and bread, to pies, apples, mulled wine and grapes, or even a roast chicken, there are no limits or expectations, so come along and enjoy the warmth, friendship and fun.
Please note: There is no refrigerator or power on site. There will be a few Chilly bins, a gas cooker (camping style for hot water), and a fire dish.
We will have shade and tables for the populous. Please bring your own chairs; there is NO other seating.
Rubbish removal is limited. Please be a tidy Kiwi and take your recycling and rubbish home with you.
The site is on the 162 Bus route. The bus stops right outside the site and is the ‘Delegat’s Wine Estate’ is the stop.
PLEASE fill out one form for each individual attending the event and we ask you to pre-book as we would like to know numbers for who is attending.

5.30 Court to announce Baronial Champions
6pm Dinner – pot luck with supplements
FIRE!!!! (safely managed and controlled by enthusiastic people) So bring your marshmallows!!! and enjoy sitting around after a fun day.
