Nominations for the position of Constable and Captain of Archers are now closed.

Not much else to report at the moment.

Will be busy mid August -> October with a show.

Need a deputy if the Collegium is to happen - may look at merging this with St Catherines. Anyone interested in assisting, please contact Michaela.

$262 in from Bloth bookings

Cheque issued to Stephen Rennell for armour duty costs. ($320.35)

Cheque issued to Gary as reimbursement for covering overdraft ($700)

Cheque issued for Bloth liquor license ($65)

Cheque issued for Glen Eden Community Center for Bloth ($260)

Signatory mandates done. Account name has been changed.

Yes, we still have money after all of that.

Court at St Johns - 4 awards presented.

New submissions have been sent off.

Proposal for augmentation has received a mostly favourable, but somewhat mixed response.

Cluain are expressing an interest in holding a Kingdom Event, and will need a book of ceremonies. Phil to investigate.

Events

St Catherines Faire planning continues well.

- Phil to sort out advertising

- Baron of Southron Gaard is reportedly relieved that the event does not clash with the SG Siege Weapon event.

- Provisional timetable submitted to Council for review

- Need to finalise cooks; anyone interested in helping cook, please contact Phil ASAP

- Looking for a deputy also.

- Cheque for $450 issued to Phil for Motu Moana deposit.

General Business

David to talk to Martin re the paint used on the thrones, with a view to touching up/repainting them.

Derek to aquire the new marshalls tabards from Matt for completion.

Discussion arose about the need for a "Dummies guide to stewarding an event".

Input welcome, David will compile into something suitable for the website.
