Arts & Sciences - Mission Bay

An informal gathering to work on Arts and Sciences projects. Common activities are: cutting out costumes, singing, sewing, tablet weaving, braiding, shoe-making, leatherwork, mending, music, embroidery, research, making patterns and more.

Often, there is fencing from 2-4pm (weather permitting).

It's a good place meet people, get advice on a project, work quietly on some craft, or just chat.

In 2014 Arts and Sciences Sundays will rotate through four locations each month:

• 1^st Sunday: Amira and Bridhde's house - Mission Bay
• 2^nd Sunday: Vettoria's house - Beachhaven
• 3^rd Sunday: Eleanor's house - New Lynn
• 4^th Sunday: Katherina and William's house - Blockhouse Bay
• 5^th Sunday: no meeting
